20 years is a special moment in someone's life to recognize all the hard work, sweat, and tears of one's career. ECF is definitely going to miss Ms. Mabel Wilcher-Hood as she has decided to take it easy and embark on her next phase of life. Tears, hugs, and sweet words filled the room as all of her WCRMC friends congratulated Ms. Hood at her retirement gathering last Friday.
