Boatright graduated from Augusta University, formerly the Medical College of Georgia, in 2016. While attending, he received the Chairman’s Award of Excellence which is the highest award given by the faculty. Since graduating he has worked in Swainsboro for an orthopedic / general surgery practice and in the emergency department at Emanuel Medical Center. Additionally, he is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants

Working alongside Dr. Hanson, he treats a wide variety of conditions and injuries relating to and affecting the foot and ankle, lower leg, knee, hip and thigh, hand and elbow, and shoulder.

“I’m honored to be joining such an extraordinary group of providers and helping patients reclaim their quality of life,” Boatright explained. “Being able to continue practicing in Middle Georgia and serve my home community is of great importance to me.”
