Today Mrs. Belinda Dixon made Washington County Regional Medical Center's history by being the first recipient to receive the COVID-19 Vaccine. All frontline workers are designated to get the vaccine first during the Phase I rollout. Dixon has worked as a Switchboard Operator for 20 years.
