The Exercise Specialist will be required to provide safe, medically prudent, appropriate and effective fitness programming and guidance according to the American College of Sports Medicine guidelines. Other job responsibilities include:
- Must evaluate, instruct, lead and motivate members in their fitness programming.
- Provides a warm, courteous, supportive environment that enhances and supports lifestyle changes.
- Adheres to Wellness Works policies and procedures.

- Undergraduate degree in a Health/Fitness or related field with knowledge of exercise physiology, programming and operations
