- Job Description
Responsible for assisting in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluating the care of all assigned patients during shift. Patients will range in age from children to geriatrics. Also responsible for the effective and efficient management of all supplies and equipment on the Unit. Promotes and coordinates teamwork with physicians and personnel and interacts effectively with other departments and facilities.
- Job Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse from State of Georgia and BLS certification (current)
- Must have basic knowledge and understanding of principles of nursing
- Excellent communication skills
- Can operate a computer efficiently (Multiple EMR & email systems)
- Teamwork oriented
- Experience
- Preferred but not required experience in the following fields: Cardiology, Orthopedics, Pain Management
