The Executive Administrative Assistant establishes and maintains an orderly administrative office, leads, and coordinates the patient advocacy program, serves, and coordinates physician recruitment efforts. Additional responsibilities include the completion of specific projects as assigned; coordinating some facility and program planning; and may have line responsibilities for certain assigned functions or departments. Other duties include participating in budget preparation, administering and assisting in hospital policy formulation, and representing WCRMC at various professional, civic, and governmental organizations and meetings.
Ability to think and work effectively under stress with frequent interruptions; to move; sit, stand, walk and bend intermittently throughout the workday, lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
