Is responsible for assisting in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluating the care of all assigned patients during his/her shift. Patients will range in age from infants to geriatrics. Also responsible for the effective and efficient management of all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment on the Unit. Promotes and coordinates teamwork with physicians and personnel and interacts effectively with other departments.
