Job Description

Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.  Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.  Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes. Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

Job Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business, or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute. Effective verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring, and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations. Also having the ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork.
